Junk removal is priced by how much of the trailer your load takes up. Demolition is quoted per job based on size and materials. Labor, loading, and disposal are included either way.

Good to know
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If the items are outside or in an open garage and you've paid ahead, we can take care of it while you're out.
What can't you take?
We can't haul hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, or medical waste. If you're not sure about something, send a photo and ask.
Does demolition include the haul-off?
Yes. Every demo quote includes tearing the structure down, loading the debris, and hauling it away.
How fast can you come out?
Most jobs are scheduled within the same week, and smaller pickups can often be done in a day or two.
Where does the junk go?
Usable items are donated when possible, metal goes to recycling, and the rest goes to a licensed disposal facility.
How do I pay?
Payment is due when the job is finished. We'll confirm accepted payment methods with your quote.
